On-Boarding Coaching

The first 100 days are critical in determining future success in the new position. This program aims to quickly integrate the executive into her new job and organizational culture, strengthening her communication, developing internal networks, and positively impacting results.
Duration: between 3and 6 months, with 60-minute weekly sessions, includes Hogan Insight® assessment and report.
