Transition Coaching
A personalized and comprehensive program for executives searching for a new job, reinventing themselves in a new direction, or deciding on entrepreneurship. The program develops an action and support plan for reintegration into the workforce and during the professional re-branding process.
Duration: between 3 and 9 months, with 60-minute weekly sessions. Includes Hogan Insight assessment and report.
